The practice of hairy tofu

Preparation materials: tofu, steamer, Mucor.

1. Cut the tofu and put it evenly on the steamer.

2. Mix the strains with water and smear them on tofu. One kilogram of tofu is about 3 grams of Mucor.

Keep it in a cool and ventilated place for five or six days in winter and two or three days in summer.
