The practice of baking cakes.
Accessories: salt1g.
Production steps
1. Separation of egg white and yolk.
2. Add 15g sugar, salt, oil and milk to the egg yolk for later use.
3. When the egg white is beaten into a thick foam, start to put the remaining one-third of the sugar, and put it while beating. When the egg white swells and the lines are clear, the sugar is basically finished.
Beat the egg whites like this, as long as there is a small and short tip on the stirring rod.
5. Stir the egg yolk evenly and sift in the low powder.
6. The stirred egg paste is very delicate. This is a 150 degree preheating oven.
7. Add some stirred egg whites and stir (turn up and down, don't stir in circles).
8. Pour the yolk paste into the remaining egg white and stir thoroughly.
9. Stir the batter.
10. Spread the zinc paper on the baking tray. Oil paper will do.
1 1. Pour the egg paste into the baking tray and shake it vigorously. Put in the oven 150 degrees 15 minutes and turn to 170 degrees 10 minutes.
12. Bake cakes.
