In order to cultivate a number of typical enterprises with scientific management, in view of the problems that hinder the upgrading and transformation of most small and medium-sized enterprises, such as extensive management and low manufacturing level, our Committee actively carries out free consultation with peer experts into enterprise activities. 7. A group of professional managers have been trained. In order to meet the needs of enterprises to cultivate professional, modern and international management talents, we will further carry out comprehensive and in-depth professional manager training and certification in our region. This year, our district has actively organized seven vice presidents and above to participate in the provincial senior professional manager training class.
