Time-honored food

Food with a long history includes roast duck, jiaozi, moon cakes, tofu, Lanzhou beef, Lamian Noodles and hot pot.

1, roast duck

Roast duck is a world-famous Beijing dish. It was developed by the Han people in Ming Dynasty in China, and it was court food at that time. The raw materials are high-quality meat duck, Beijing roast duck and fruit wood roasted with charcoal fire, with rosy color, fat but not greasy meat, crisp outside and tender inside. Beijing roast duck is divided into two factions, and the most famous roast duck restaurant in Beijing is the representative of the two factions. Because of its red color, tender meat, mellow taste, fat but not greasy, it is known as "delicious in the world"

2. jiaozi

Jiaozi is an ancient traditional noodle of Han nationality, which is deeply loved by the broad masses of people in China. It is a must-eat food in most parts of northern China during the Spring Festival every year. In many provinces and cities, it is also a habit to eat jiaozi on the winter solstice, and jiaozi is also a common food in southern China. According to legend, it was invented by Zhang Zhongjing, a doctor from Nanyang in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and the historical evolution of jiaozi has gone through a long and gradual process.

3. Moon cakes

Moon cakes are a long-standing traditional snack of Han nationality, which is deeply loved by people in China. Moon cakes are round and shared by the whole family, symbolizing reunion and harmony, and are a must-eat food for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Ancient moon cakes were eaten as sacrifices in the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is said that the custom of eating moon cakes in Mid-Autumn Festival began in the Tang Dynasty. In the Northern Song Dynasty, it was popular in the court, but it also spread among the people. At that time, it was commonly known as "small cake" and "moon group". In the Ming dynasty, it became a common dietary custom of the whole people.

4. Tofu

Tofu, a traditional bean product of Han nationality, is a green and healthy food invented by alchemist Liu An of Han Dynasty in China. Born in Bagong Mountain between Shou County in Lu 'an City, Anhui Province and Huainan City, Shou County is also known as the hometown of tofu.

5. Lanzhou Beef Lamian Noodles

Lanzhou Beef Lamian Noodles, also known as Lanzhou broth beef noodles, is a flavor snack in Lanzhou, Gansu. Legend has it that it originated in the Tang Dynasty. With its unique flavor of "clear soup, rotten meat, fine noodles", "one clear and two white, three red and four green Huang Wu", one clear (clear soup), two white (radish white), three red (Chili oil red), four green (coriander, garlic green) and Huang Wu (noodle Huang Liang), it has won customers at home and abroad.

6. Hotpot

Hot pot originated in Luzhou, Sichuan. It was called "ancient style soup" in ancient times, and it was named after the sound of "splash" when it was put into boiling water. It is an original food in China with a long history. According to research, the Eastern Han Dynasty cultural relic "Iron Pot Dou" unearthed after liberation is a hot pot.
