General Framework of National Geological Disaster Prevention Information System Construction
Geological disaster prevention is a complex systematic project, so the construction of geological disaster prevention information system must run through the whole process of geological disaster prevention. The construction of information system supports the prevention and control of geological disasters, such as geological disaster investigation, geological disaster management, geological disaster monitoring and early warning, and forms a standardized workflow from monitoring data collection and efficient information transmission to providing social information services, realizing effective monitoring, early warning and prevention of geological disasters, and providing decision support for governments at all levels and relevant departments to formulate disaster reduction and prevention plans and sudden geological disasters.
The geological disaster prevention information system consists of five subsystems: comprehensive data management system, geological disaster data acquisition system, geological disaster prevention decision support system, geological disaster prevention management information system and geological disaster data transmission system (figure 1 1. 1).

1) data integrated management system: it is the core of the geological disaster prevention information system and provides integrated data support for other subsystems in the whole system.
2) Geological hazard data acquisition system: This system is an important means to realize the informationization of field geological hazard investigation and monitoring. It can conveniently assist geologists to complete field data collection, indoor data processing, achievement management and output. The effective application of the system will improve the efficiency and accuracy of geological disaster investigation and monitoring, and provide continuous and effective dynamic data and basic investigation data for the whole system. The system is mainly composed of two subsystems: geological disaster investigation information system and geological disaster monitoring information system.
3) Decision Support System for Geological Disaster Prevention: It is mainly composed of two subsystems: geological disaster assessment system and geological disaster early warning and forecasting system, and is the main application system of geological disaster prevention information system.
4) Geological disaster prevention and control management information system: it is mainly composed of geological disaster prevention and control planning information management system, geological disaster prevention and control implementation plan management information system and geological disaster prevention and control engineering management information system, which mainly provides dynamic tracking management of prevention and control planning, implementation plan and prevention and control engineering, and provides basic information, decision-making information and prevention and control engineering information for geological disaster management departments at all levels.
5) Geological disaster data transmission system: This system mainly provides fast data transmission and data sharing and exchange functions for the whole geological disaster prevention and control information system, including geological disaster investigation and monitoring data transmission, emergency investigation data transmission, geological disaster early warning and forecasting information release, etc. This system is an important basic support system for data transmission of other subsystems.
1 1.4.2 overall system framework
The geological disaster prevention information system consists of the above five subsystems, and each subsystem should complete its own different system functions according to the requirements of the overall goal. However, each subsystem does not exist independently, but realizes its own goals under the complete domain data model, unified information technology platform and unified cooperative working mechanism, so each subsystem is coordinated and supported each other.
In all subsystems, the data integrated management system is a comprehensive collection system and exchange platform for all geological disaster prevention information and data, so it is the core and foundation of other functional systems. Data acquisition system is an important system to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of information system data sources and data in the system. The system data mainly comes from professional monitoring, group monitoring and prevention monitoring, regional geological disaster investigation, sudden geological disaster emergency investigation and remote sensing investigation and monitoring. Decision support system for prevention and control, early warning and forecasting system, electronic consultation system and planning management information system are effective, fast and practical auxiliary tools for geological disaster prevention and control.
The overall framework of geological disaster prevention information system construction is shown in figure 1 1.2.

1 1.4.3 system classification system
The geological disaster prevention information system is established on the multi-level distributed data transmission network system, and based on the geological disaster prevention system and geographical distribution, a hierarchical management system is formed (figure 1 1.3). The application structure supported by database is adopted in all levels of systems, which are combined according to different levels of software and hardware, and all levels of systems store and manage data according to unified standards. The data generated by information sources are processed and sorted in the basic system according to the unified data index system and standard, and then transmitted to the upper layer as needed to ensure the rapid collection and continuous updating of data, as well as the storage and application of different application systems.

The establishment of geological disaster prevention information system is mainly based on large-scale geographic information system (GIS), and decision support system and early warning and forecasting system are established according to multi-layer architecture. Each level system consists of application servers with different functions, which can call the functions provided by multiple application servers. These application servers can be dedicated servers for a certain theme or integrated servers for multiple application targets. The application server connects with different thematic database servers, obtains and updates the data in the thematic database as needed, and realizes the corresponding functions.
