In fact, there is no clear boundary between bright strength and dark strength. It doesn't mean that I have practiced bright strength today and can't start practicing dark strength until tomorrow. In fact, while Jin Ming's kung fu is getting bigger and bigger, his body instinctively needs to keep balance, otherwise he will lose weight. The more complete, smooth and crisp you open outward, the deeper and thicker the foundation you lay for dark energy. This is the truth of Taiji "cathode is positive, anode is negative". However, this does not mean that as long as you practice bright energy, you can naturally have dark energy, but only have a certain foundation, or "access card." If you practice bright energy, you will be qualified to practice dark energy, but you should practice dark energy bit by bit.
When you practice in the dark stage, you can stretch your shelf and live for a round. The transition is naturally uninterrupted, popular and continuous; You fight with people, and they don't know me.
