3. Place the wheel lock ring upward, release the air in the tire, and push out the valve after the inner tube is deflated. Mark tires and wheels with matching marks. Attention: The gas in the tire must be completely exhausted to avoid accidental injury in the subsequent operation.

4. Insert the straight guide vane between the rim ring and the tire, and press down the bead; Insert the guide vane in the formed gap, so that the end of the guide vane is supported in the rim ring, and the top of the shaft leans against the straight guide vane.

5. While pressing down the bead, move the straight guide vane plate and the bent guide vane plate along the circumference of the wheel, and remove the tapered flange of the lock ring from the tire.

6. Insert the end of the straight guide vane into the notch of the lock ring and press the lock ring out of the groove; Lift the lock ring upward, support the curved guide vane in the rim ring, and insert the tail end of the straight guide vane into the lower end of the lock ring; Hold the lock ring by hand and take it out of the impeller groove with straight guide vanes.

7. Take out the rim ring, turn over the wheel, remove the tire side from the wheel with the help of straight and arc guide vanes, and then erect the wheel. First, take out all the rims from the tire, and knock the wheel out of the tire decisively along the locking part of the wheel with a hammer. You can take out the tire with the inner tube.

4. Ensure that the edge of the locking ring is under the tire bead. First, inflate the tire pressure to 49KPa, and then inflate the tire pressure to the rated value.

Three. Matters needing attention in disassembly and assembly of truck tires

1. It is forbidden to hit the rim, lock ring, rim ring or tire when or after the tire is inflated.

2. In order to maintain the dynamic balance of the wheels, the old tires should be put back to their original positions before disassembly (that is, the marks of the tires and rims should overlap).

3. During the assembly and disassembly work, the state of all parts of the wheel should be checked at least once a year: the rim ring, lock ring and rim should be free of cracks, sunken rust marks and dirt, and the inner surface of the lock ring should be reliably embedded in the groove of the wheel.

4. It is forbidden to use flammable materials. Lubricating, sealing or contacting the tire bead with gasoline or other flammable materials may cause the tire to explode or the tire or rim to explode separately, resulting in serious injury or death.
