1. Sift the low-gluten flour and baking soda powder for later use.

3. Add Tatar powder to the egg white until it dries and bubbles. Put it aside.

4./ After mixing coffee powder with water, first, mix some of the original batter from Method 2, and then mix some of the protein from Method 3 to form the coffee batter.
