Changquan is a genre of China Wushu. The characteristics of this kind of boxing are that when shooting or kicking, it is mainly to release long shots, play long distances, and the movements are long and stretched, and the muscles are straight. Sometimes when punching, the hitting point is lengthened by twisting the waist and shoulders to give play to the advantage of "one inch longer and one inch stronger". Routine movements and passing times are generally more, and short punches are sometimes used in long punches, but the whole set of movements is mainly long strokes. The basic technical rules of Changquan include: vertical ridge on the top of the head, relaxation of limbs and tightening of fingers (toes); Smooth shape and force, fast and quiet movement; Expressing feelings with eyes and helping feelings with qi; Yin and Yang are interdependent and complement each other. After the founding of New China, the State Sports Commission comprehensively sorted out and created Changquan on the basis of tea, flower, bag, red, bitter leg and Shaolin. Modern newly compiled Changquan has absorbed the advantages of all kinds of boxing, standardized the basic movements such as handle, technique, step, footwork, leg technique, balance and jumping, and compiled various boxing routines such as jumping, jumping, flashing, exhibition, soaring, moving and ups and downs according to the movement methods of Changquan, making it a basic martial arts training and a national martial arts performance competition. The content of Changquan includes basic skills, single practice routines and double routines. There are two kinds of individual training routines: (1) Prescribed routines: uniformly formulated by the State Sports Commission and divided into group A, group B and group C (primary). Each group has five routines: long fist, knife, sword, gun and stick, and each routine consists of prescribed movements with different difficulty and quantity. (2) Optional routines: Wushu competition rules have uniform requirements on the number, group, specification and completion time of optional routines, such as the contents including at least three hand types of fist, palm and hook; Bow, horse, servant, virtual, rest five steps and a certain number of fist, palm, elbow and different groups of leg movements and balance, jump and other movements. The techniques of Changquan mainly include punching, splitting, collapsing, piercing, smashing, pushing, picking, lifting, palm splitting, pushing, folding and elbow roasting, and the leg techniques mainly include bouncing, kicking, kicking, pointing, shoveling, kicking, folding, swinging, patting and sweeping, as well as various throwing and holding methods.
