Briefly describe the concept of salary system.
(1) The narrow salary system refers to the organic unity formed by interrelated, mutually restrictive and complementary components of salary, and its basic model includes basic salary, allowance, bonus, welfare, insurance and other forms. Generally speaking, the salary system refers to the basis of paying salary, that is, what is the basis of absolute principal salary (basic salary), and the nature and characteristics of salary can be distinguished according to its differences.
(2) The main task of narrow salary system decision-making is to determine what the basic salary of an enterprise is based on. Enterprises can choose one of the three elements of position, skill and ability as the basis for determining the salary system.
(3) Enterprises can choose only one salary system, or use two or three salary systems at the same time, such as adopting different salary systems for production personnel, functional management personnel, technology research and development personnel and sales personnel.
