Football teaching: how to be familiar with the ball

Basic exercises to know the sphere;

1, pass the ball with your left and right feet under your legs.

Action: the upper body is upright, and the feet are left and right, which is greater than the shoulder width. The football is placed between the two feet and leans against the inside of the right foot. After the action begins, switch your feet to your crotch for passing practice.

Requirements: you can keep your eyes on your feet when you practice for the first time, but you can't look after you are proficient. Moreover, the passing action at the foot should be gradually accelerated, but the leg movements and the body center of gravity should be coordinated and harmonious together, otherwise the frequency will be fast and the action will be ugly.

2, left and right feet instead of stepping on the ball.

Action: Stand up straight, spread your feet back and forth, step on the upper part of the ball with your forefoot respectively, and make an alternate jump without stepping on the foot of the ball to support your body, so as to do the practice of alternating jump one after another.

Requirements: Don't step on the foot of the ball hard, just step lightly. After proficiency, it is still the same sentence. Keep your eyes on the front, speed up the frequency, say goodbye to deformation, you know.

When these two exercises are done, you will feel the ball completely. In this way, your ball will be added unconsciously, but this basic sense of the ball is still not enough. Next article I will teach us some slightly advanced ball-adding exercises.
