Chongqing hotpot introduction

Chongqing hot pot, also known as beef omasum hot pot or spicy hot pot, is one of the traditional ways of eating in China. Its taste is "spicy, fragrant, salty, fresh, fragrant and crisp", which has the characteristics of diverse dishes, unique seasoning and bold eating method.
