Practical experience of animation

I am honored to be an intern in XXXX Animation Technology Co., Ltd. for three months. The company has a good environment and working atmosphere. During the three-month internship, I learned a lot of knowledge and experience that I couldn't learn at school.

First of all, my hands-on programming ability has been relatively improved compared with my school, and I have learned to be familiar with programming or document architecture management tools such as visual studio2005, sql server2005 and visual sourcesafe. At the same time, I have mastered some new programming languages, such as javascript and ajax. At the same time, it also develops good programming ideas and programming norms.

Secondly, for the first time, I felt the cultural atmosphere and operation mode of a standardized company. The three-month internship has cultivated the qualities and accomplishments I need as an excellent enterprise employee: strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, complete the tasks assigned by the company on time with good quality and quantity, how to develop a project in an efficient team, how to communicate effectively among employees in the company, how to learn to learn efficiently, how to learn …

Thirdly, working in a company and studying at school are two different concepts. At school, you can occasionally disobey the rules and regulations of the school; You can only ask for 60 minutes, long live; Occasionally, I can't finish or even do the homework assigned by the teacher on time; You can also go it alone and not take part in any group activities; You don't have to worry about your food, clothing, housing and transportation; Yes ... but it's different in the company. You must strictly observe the rules and regulations. You must complete your responsible tasks on time with good quality and quantity; You must learn to communicate with others effectively and politely, especially when you disagree with others. You must learn how to study efficiently and effectively, especially those new knowledge that you haven't learned at school, that you have just been born and need to use at work; You must find out the defects and deficiencies that you need to improve in time, and improve quickly to learn from excellent employees; At the same time, you should also remember that you have grown up and entered the social work. You have to solve your own food, clothing, housing and transportation on your own, instead of letting your elderly parents support yourself. you must ...

Thirdly, I want to talk about the problems I encountered in my work and the solutions. First of all, because I didn't get into contact with computers until I went to college, I studied programming and development, and I didn't firmly grasp the knowledge of housing during my school days, so my foundation was not very solid. The revision and reconstruction of Animation Bay at Bay Station used some new knowledge of javascript and ajax(javascript and xml), which was hardly learned or used in school. So the problems I encountered in my internship are technical. Because many technical problems are new to me, it often takes me a long time to find a solution. What's more, I can't find anything wrong after looking for it for a long time. I will ask my classmates or colleagues for help, or go to Baidu, Google and some good it forums to find similar solutions and solve problems that I can't solve for a long time. Anyway, I finally solved them. Then it is to sum up this knowledge and keep these experiences in mind. Secondly, the problem of group cooperation and communication. Although I worked as an intern in ata company for two weeks, worked as a training and teaching management system in Qualcomm software company simulated by the school, and worked as a director of a similar message board on the Internet, it was not long or there were not many people or the project was small, so it was the first time for the team to develop a commercial project, and I still didn't know how to cooperate effectively and communicate with people efficiently. After three months of internship, I learned some experiences and lessons. There are still some problems and difficulties, so I won't go into them here.

Finally, I would like to thank my alma mater, XXXX Talent Training Base of XX University, for training me, and recommend me to dream animation internship. My internship unit, Beijing Dream Animation Technology Co., Ltd., and my technical instructors-Wei Liu, Zhao Chuan, Zhang Ning and Wu Wenchao ... your's care, help and support gave me this opportunity. Thank you sincerely! I wish you a better and better school, a thriving company and a harmonious and happy family in 2008!
