How to make noodles with flour Steps of making noodles with flour

1, dough mixing

Mix flour with cold water, or mix it with warm water when the weather is particularly cold. Don't add water to the flour at once, just add water slowly and knead the flour together.

Step 2 knead dough

When kneading dough, you should master the moisture in the dough, and it is best to knead it into moderate hardness. After kneading the dough, you can cut it with a knife. If there is no raw flour and the skin is smooth, it means that the dough can be kneaded. If you are not in a hurry to eat, you can also wrap the kneaded dough in a plastic bag and wake up 15 minutes. You can also put a wet towel on the dough.

Step 3 roll noodles

Use your hands evenly when rolling. After rolling, roll it with a rolling pin, which is quick and easy. In order to prevent the rolled dough from sticking to the chopping board and rolling surface, you can sprinkle some flour on the dough at regular intervals. When rolling, the edge of the dough sheet is easy to be thick, so you can roll the edge with a small rolling pin.

4. Overlapping surfaces

Roll up the rolled round dough pieces with a rolling pin, layer by layer, like a folding fan. Don't fold it too wide, you can measure it with a kitchen knife at home, and the width of the fold should not exceed the width of the knife, so that you can cut the plane.

5. Profile

Sprinkle some flour on the folded noodles first, and then cut the noodles by push-pull cutting. The thickness of noodles is arbitrary.
