2. Work

Biochemical projects are all colorimetric and calculation results one by one. In recent years, physical examination in China has developed rapidly. Advanced instruments and equipment and matching inspection reagents have replaced tedious manual operation, which has improved the inspection speed and made the inspection results more accurate. It is an indispensable content for clinicians to diagnose and treat diseases, and it is also the theoretical basis for doctors to diagnose and treat diseases and use drugs.

It is relatively easy to engage in physical examination, but there are also many risks: for myself, contact with the patient's blood, urine, feces and various secretions every day is the source of infection, and if I don't do a good job of protection, I will easily get sick. For patients, such as careless cross-matching, it will pose a life threat to patients. Therefore, although most projects are made by instruments, we must be careful and highly responsible, do a good job of three inspections and seven pairs, and strictly control the quality. Be responsible for doctors, patients and yourself.

3. Treatment

In the hospital, although doctors are inseparable and dependent on testing, the laboratory department has always been regarded as an auxiliary department by leaders and doctors. No matter how busy you are every day and how high your monthly income is, the treatment is always lower than that of outpatient service and of course slightly higher than that of other departments. Medium level. If it is a three-way test, it depends on how the boss decides.
