Partnership means that China and Mongolia are not antagonistic, abide by the principle of "seeking common ground while reserving differences", and are not targeted at third countries. And Mongolia are good-neighborly and trusting partnerships. China has strategic partnerships with Germany, Brazil and other countries. Countries that have established strategic partnerships with China include Pakistan, India and South Korea, while China and Russia are strategic partnerships. At present, countries that have established traditional friendly and cooperative relations with China include North Korea and other countries.
