How to declare intellectual property rights in Zhejiang Province?

According to the online website of Zhejiang Intellectual Property of Zhejiang Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Office), the main steps are as follows:

(1) The applicant prepares the corresponding patent application materials. Patents for invention and utility model mainly include: patent request, abstract of specification, appended drawings of abstract, patent claim, specification, appended drawings of specification and other documents. Design patents mainly include: patent request, design pictures or photos, brief description;

(2) Submit the patent application materials to the acceptance office or dispatched office of China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office, and if the acceptance conditions are met, the National Bureau will issue an acceptance notice;

(3) After receiving the notification of acceptance, the applicant shall pay the patent application fee in time, and the invention shall also pay the substantive examination fee and the document fee. After paying the fee, the patent office will conduct a patent examination. If there are any questions, the applicant will be notified by registered mail, and the corresponding certificate replacement and reply procedures will be handled. Finally, make a decision on authorization or disapproval according to relevant laws and regulations;

(4) After receiving the patent authorization notice, the applicant shall pay the certificate fee and the annual fee of the authorization year in time, and wait for the patent certificate.
