How should universities get through the bottleneck period?

I have always felt that the bottleneck period of life has another meaning. I have been walking a smooth road without any setbacks. In fact, I didn't make much progress, but the bottleneck period was like climbing a mountain, tired, confused and painful ... but as long as I persisted, in retrospect, I really grew up in the bottleneck period. Therefore, when I meet the bottleneck of my life, I will sit still, exercise whenever I have time, and insist on reading and studying.
