Traditional method of pickling ginger
Traditional pickling method of foreign ginger: raw materials: foreign ginger, korean chili sauce and salt.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Wash the sand with a brush and drain the water.
Step two, cut into thick slices and put them on a sieve to dry for a day.
The third step is to crumple the dried ginger and soften it.
Step 4, add salt and mix well for pickling.
Step five, put it in a box and wait for about ten days. In the meantime, turn it frequently and let the salt soak evenly in the ginger.
Step six, if you eat spicy food, add salt and appropriate amount of Chili sauce and mix well.
Step 7, marinate for about ten days and enjoy.
