Yitong Village is located 4 kilometers southwest of Dudang Township. There are 246 households in the village with a population of 986, 36 in party member and 674 mu of cultivated land. Yitong Village is rich in red culture, and Bailong Temple, a county-level red education base, is well known, covering an area of 1450 square meters. The building is ancient and strange, with a history of more than 400 years. Bailong Temple was once the source of workers' strike in Liuhegou coal mine led by Liu Shaoqi, a proletarian revolutionary of the older generation. Wang Weigang, Ma Zi, Ji Degui, Hu Jinshan, Li, Liu Dafeng, An Ming and other famous party leaders have all worked and fought in Bailong Temple.

Yitong Village is adjacent to Xinsizhuang Village, Taizizhai Village, Shuanghe Village, Yezi Village, Xinwuzhuang Village, Shichang Village, Xinzhuang Village, Sanhe Village, Zhonglianhua Village, Beilianhua Village and Nanlianhua Village.
