Competition Methods of Guangzhou International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament

(a) This race adopts the latest Dragon Boat Racing Rules finalized by the General Administration of Sport of China (except for specific methods);

(b) Participating athletes must wear life jackets in order to take part in the race (in which the traditional dragons are self-provided, and the standard dragons will be provided by the General Assembly), or else they will be disqualified from the race, and cancel the race results of the team;

(c) International standard dragons: the race system will be decided depending on the registration situation, and only sitting position will be used in this race;

(d) Traditional dragons: the race adopts 6 courses, and 12 teams are registered. The race system will be decided according to the registration situation, and only sitting position will be used in this race;

(iv) Traditional Dragon: the race will be held in 6 courses, with 12 teams registered, and the race will be held in preliminaries and finals to decide the ranking. The preliminaries are held in 2 groups, the top 3 in each group enter the finals from 1 to 6, and the rest of the teams enter the qualifying rounds from 7 to 12. The preliminaries and finals of the competition will be held by drawing lots to determine the course;

(5) Colorful Dragon Competition: The theme of "Welcoming the Asian Games, Creating a New Life" should be prominently embodied, and it is required to dress up the dragons in bright and colorful costumes, which are rich in national traditional characteristics and reflect the connotation and spirit of national culture. For innovative dress up, will give appropriate bonus points. The colorful dragon competing in the competition using a ruling system;

(F) dragon: for the show, according to the provisions of the waterway cruising, not ranked.
