Development of New Chinese Furniture

The new Chinese style inherited the essence of the home concept in the Tang Dynasty and the Ming and Qing Dynasties in design, refined and enriched the classic elements, and at the same time changed the feudal ideas of hierarchy and inferiority in the original spatial layout, injecting new breath into the traditional home culture. Not rigid but solemn, paying attention to quality but avoiding unnecessary harshness constitute the unique charm of the new Chinese style. In particular, Chinese style has changed the disadvantages of traditional furniture, and the more flexible layout in different types of rooms has been accepted by more and more people.

In fact, the modern furniture in China has a history of 10 years. At first, it was just a new product of Chinese furniture, which was intentionally or unintentionally introduced by some furniture enterprises (such as Shangyi Furniture Co., Ltd., Federal Group and Shunde Sanyou Furniture Co., Ltd.) in order to highlight product individuality and enhance market competitiveness. From the aspect of furniture style composition, the new Chinese style furniture is consistent with the artistic style, that is, the characteristics of the unity of form and function, and the artistic difference system formed by the unity of design concept and design technique. There is no essential difference between the form and function of new Chinese furniture and other styles of furniture, but it embodies the theme of Chinese national cultural characteristics in connotation; As far as design concepts and techniques are concerned, new Chinese furniture not only meets its specific functional requirements, but also shows the designer's personal qualities and interests to a great extent.
