Step 1-Preparation of electrode slurry

Step 2-Coating

The slurry prepared in the first step is evenly coated on the current collector (aluminum foil or copper foil, etc.). ) to a specified thickness, and drying the solvent.

Step 3- Stamping the pole piece

Stamp the pole piece made in the last step into the specified size and shape.

Step 4- Lamination

Assemble the positive and negative plates and the diaphragm together, and form the pole core after gluing.

Step 5- Assemble the flexible battery.

Put the pole core made in the last step into the perforated aluminum-plastic film to complete top sealing and side sealing. (with a liquid injection port) to form a soft battery without liquid injection.

Step 6- Inject liquid

Inject a specified amount of electrolyte into the soft battery core. Of course, the battery should be baked and injected in a low humidity environment. Too much water content is not good.

Step 7- Battery Sealing

The gas inside the battery is pumped out and sealed in a vacuum environment.
