Soybean paste is traditional soybean paste, which is a basic Korean seasoning sauce made from fermented soybeans;

The production steps are as follows:

1. First, boil the soybeans until they turn smokey, then grind them in a stone mortar into a bean paste shape to make a soybean paste. The soybean paste is usually made into a square or round shape and weighs about 4 kilograms;

2. Place it in a cool and ventilated place, let it air dry for about four days, then tie the doenjang base with a clean rope and hang it on the beam;
