The first step is to prepare solder wire and soldering iron. It is worth noting that the head of the electric soldering iron should be kept clean, that is, it can stick solder, as the saying goes, eat tin.

Step 2, touch the soldering iron to the solder joint. Attention should be paid to keep the soldering iron against the heated parts of the welding parts, such as the leads and pads on the printed circuit board, so that the flat part of the welding head can contact the welding part with relatively large heat, that is, the side surface of the welding head. Or let the edge part contact the weldment with small heat capacity to keep the weldment heated evenly.

Thirdly, when the weldment is heated to a temperature that can melt the solder, the welding wire is placed on the solder joint, and the solder begins to melt and wet the solder joint.

Fourthly, after a certain amount of solder melts, remove the welding wire.

Step 5, after the solder completely wets the solder joint, remove the soldering iron. Note: the direction of removing the soldering iron should be about 45 degrees.
