Spellbound 1

The reason Chinese people watch Spellbound are confused is that Spellbound is a movie that was destroyed and edited by the Japanese government. The gist of the original movie:

There is an old couple who have been married for 13 years and have given birth to a girl, named Kawamata Gayako (played by Fujiko) after Gayako. Gayako is withdrawn, has long hair and wears a white robe. When she enters the classroom, there is no talking in the class and everyone avoids her. She is often in the corner of the classroom, almost abandoned. She had a crush on a boy named Shunsuke Kobayashi. She dedicated a coffee-colored notebook to excerpting Shunsuke Kobayashi's every word and action (as seen in Spellbinder 3), and then her parents died in an accident, leaving her alone with an inheritance. Her black cat, Kuro, who had been with her for over ten years, also died. Finally, at her parents' funeral, Gayako's landlord's son, Tsugio Saeki, gets her, and they marry immediately.

Gayako later gives birth to a baby boy, whom Gayako insists on naming Toshio Saeki (played by Yuuya Ozeki, the white child in the film). When Toshio is in elementary school, his mother gives him a black kitten named Koma (the black cat in the film). Years later, Tsukio becomes ambitious and insists that Gayako have a girl, but Gayako can't conceive one, so Tsukio asks Gayako to take a test, and the results show that Gayako is normal, but that Tsukio Saeki's semen has a hit rate of 0.01%. Tsukio is furious, and when he finds Gayako's book of excerpts from Shunsuke Kobayashi's, he believes that Toshio isn't his own child, and he cruelly kills Gayako that same afternoon, smothering Toshio in a closet. That afternoon, he brutally kills Gayako, smothers Toshio in a closet, and then kills Koma. He then went to Shunsuke Kobayashi (Toshio's art teacher) and killed his wife. Kobayashi Shunsuke's wife was killed. Calls Shunsuke and says something about having a baby (Spellbinding 3 credits). While Tsukio is laughing, Gayako appears behind him and kills Tsukio with a kitchen knife. Then, Toshisuke Kobayashi is mutilated in Toshio's house by Gayako, who comes down from upstairs (seen in Spellbinding 3). The police can't explain the murder because Gayako was killed by Gouyuu, and the knife that killed Gouyuu had Gayako's handprints on it.

Nineteen years later, Hitomi Tokunaga's family moved to this house (see Spellbound 1)

Spellbound - The Unsolved Mysteries

After watching the movie Spellbound, I still have a few memorable scenes in my mind, which seem to be similar to the classic scenes in The Exorcist and Seven Nights of the Magician, which are also similar to the classic scenes in Seven Nights of the Magician. The Exorcist" and "Seven Nights of the Dead". For example, the spider walks upside down, instead of in front of it, and the darkly shadowed Gamako Saeki (Takako Fuji), with the occasional white face, is as frightening as Sadako's hair-covered face. However, in this small budget movie, director Takashi Shimizu has left many unanswered questions as he reassembles several passages in chronological order.

The chronology of the movie is Tsugio Saeki's (Takeshi Matsuyama) wificide (because he suspects his wife is having an affair), followed by Rika Ninko's (Megumi Okunae) visit to the Tokunaga family's mother-in-law, Yukie (Chikako Isomura). Then next, in order, are Katsuya Tokunaga (Kanji Tsuda), Hitomi Tokunaga (Misaki Ito), Yuji Toyama (Yuji Tanaka), Izumi Toyama (Misao Uehara), and Gakko Saeki.

The story begins when Rika is commissioned to visit Yukie's mother-in-law and finds the house in disarray and her mother-in-law incontinent, so she kindly begins to help organize the house. When she arrives at the second floor of the house, she sees a duct-taped closet and opens it to reveal a black cat and then a pale child. But misfortune seems to be unraveling, and the spell that remains in the house is like a contagious virus that affects everyone who comes to the house, either by disappearing or dying, and the town ends up plastered with missing persons notices.

The real chronology and story

The real chronology would be Tsukio, Katsuya, Hitomi, Rikka (with some sequences interspersed in subsequent paragraphs), Toyama, Gamako, Koizumi. Understanding the movie in this order probably solves more than 50% of the mystery, because even Koizumi can't escape the curse in the end. The good-hearted Rika is also found dead in the ceiling of an abandoned house in Nerima at the age of 23.

This storytelling, however, still fails to address Tsukio's motivation for the killings, and Kei Oishi's original novel gives a clear picture of what happened. Gakko grew up with a lack of love and parents who didn't pay much attention to her, so that all she had to keep her company was a small black cat. After going to college, she fell madly in love with Toshihiko Kobayashi, just because the other handed her a handkerchief and remembered her name, so Gayko wrote a lot of love diary, but Kobayashi fell in love with someone else, and Gayko held back her anger though it was boiling in her heart.

The parents of Kayako died in an accident, and her neighbor, Tsukio, attended the funeral and wanted to possess her. They soon marry and have Toshio (Yuya Ozeki), and when the boy starts elementary school, Gako learns that her son's tutor is none other than Kobayashi, and pays special attention to him. While Tsukio is trying to have a second son, he is told by a doctor that he has oligospermia, so an angry Tsukio goes home and rummages through his wife's personal belongings and wonders who Toshio was really born to. Gakko's past diary is uncovered, confirming Gonio's suspicions, and he abuses his wife. And Toshio just happens to come home and hides inside the closet, which is taped shut by Gonzo, so Toshio has to move to the ceiling and sees his abused mother.

Gamako's rising resentment before her death was related to the love she couldn't get in the past, and her husband's misunderstanding of her, which made her kill Kobayashi's pregnant wife after her husband took advantage of his anger and also stabbed Gundiong in the back with a kitchen knife. Kobayashi bounces around a few clues before realizing that Gakko is his former college classmate. And this chain of grievances is passed down with the family, with Gundiong possessing Katsuya. Toshio runs away to study in Mariko's (Kayoko Shibata) class to attract more prey for Gakko.

The Truth

The Japanese have a tradition of seeing the truth through the cracks of their fingers (Chinese folklore also has it that ghosts can be seen by bending down and looking upside down from between the legs at a stream, lake, or eerie place), and Grandma Koue and Grandpa both do this. In the end, Rika also sees through her fingers that she has already been possessed, and the emergence of Gonzo's grudge treats her as if she were Gakko, thus leading Rika to her death. The curse's influence seems to be so far-reaching that it can change the environment of time and space, giving Toyama the chance to see his daughter walk into the haunted house years later, but it can't change her fate.

Taken together, the novel and the movie seem to reveal the importance of 'love'. Gakko, who has never been loved, plants her resentment deep in the house, and even her own son is not immune to it. It's just a shame that the movie lacks scenes where good triumphs over evil, and even Rikka's good intentions only keep her alive for a little while longer before she eventually dies trying to save Mariko. But since "Seven Nights of Strange Tales", Japan's spread of ghost movies, known for suspense, strange and bizarre, and even Hollywood scrambled to buy the rights, planning to shoot "Seven Nights of Strange Tales Western" and "Immortal Spells and Grievances", earning the box office, satiated the director, can be said to be a fish out of two worlds. In Taiwan, Chen Guofu's "Double Pupils" also did well, but the ending "Love Never Dies" seems far-fetched, and I'm afraid it's not an easy task to balance the topic of meaningfulness.

Outline of the story and the order of the characters

What's interesting about this movie is that the story is divided into 6 sub-sections and the ordering of the sub-sections is messed up, which makes it confusing at first glance. But as you watch it over and over again, the horror grows with each passing day as you figure out the ins and outs of the story. The following will be an organization to help you watch, hope to correct.

The movie **** is divided into six subsections, consisting of the names of the people in the story 1.Rikka 2.Katsuya 3.Renmei 4.Enoyama 5.Yumi 6.Gamako

Inside the desolate mansion, there is only one demented mother-in-law, Koue, and the house is cluttered with belongings. When Rika tidies up, she finds a photo on the floor of a husband and wife with the same boy, while the woman's face has been snapped off. While cleaning the upstairs, she finds a closet firmly sealed with adhesive tape, inside which an unusual sound is emitted. Upon opening it, she finds a black cat and a child, and learns that the child's name is Toshio. Rikka immediately calls her supervisor, Hirohashi, while Yukie's mother-in-law is muttering to herself: I've already told her not to be like this, but Kazumi just won't talk to me. .... A cloaked black shadow is sitting beside the floor bunk where the mother-in-law is lying, slowly bending down--- Rikka fainted on the floor bunk, beside her, a little boy wooden expressionless watching ....

Three, In-Mi [sister of the homeowner Tokunaga]

Dusk at the office building, In-Mi, always worried about the anomaly of her last visit to her brother's house on a rainy night, and hung up on her demented mother, calls her brother's house, which goes unanswered. In-mi walks down the empty corridor and goes into the restroom for convenience, her cell phone rings but no one speaks, when there is a strange noise next door, i.e. in the last compartment, and a cloth toy falls out. In-mi apologizes for alarming the neighbors, and while washing her hands in front of the mirror... The door to the last compartment slowly opens, and with a creepy sound, a long mass of a woman's black hair peeks out of the door. .... Inmei grabbed the door and ran wildly to the security guard room downstairs to talk to the security guard on duty. The security guard came upstairs to the door of the women's restroom, the duty room, Inmei through the hallway monitor saw: the restroom door opened, from the door out of the black smoke surrounded the security guard holding a flashlight unconscious, pulling him into the restroom. ---- In-mi once again grabbed the door and ran wildly, outside the glass of the elevator going up the residential building, a child's figure appeared on each floor. At this time, the quilt was slowly stranded, Inmei fearful a little lifted the quilt ---- a female ghost's white face exposed, then Inmei was violently pulled into the quilt, then the quilt gradually deflated, seemingly no one inside.

Four, Enoyama [former police officer in charge of the murder case at the house of Zuo Bo Gang Xiong]

Volunteer Rikka's boss, Hirohashi, receives a phone call from Rikka and comes to the Tokunaga mansion, where he finds the widowed elderly Yukie lying on a collapsed rice mat with her hands over her face and her eyes rounded, having been dead for a long time, and Rikka leaning against the corner, in a trance.

After receiving the report, the police officers investigate the scene and two detectives [one old and one young] are responsible for investigating the case. Suddenly heard the ringing of a cell phone, carefully identify, from the mansion attic sound, so up to the attic to find - - missing Tokuhei couple eyes open, leaning on the former dead hostess Gakko body position, dead for a long time, only Tokuhei's cell phone in the darkness of the bleak blue light...

The police went to the hospital to visit the volunteer Rikka, asked about the situation of the child seen, Rikka said the child Deyong said his name is Junxiong, the police wondered, said the Deyong couple have no children. The police were puzzled and said that Mr. and Mrs. De Yong had no children. They then looked for De Yong's sister, In Mi, but could not find her. They get news that a security guard at In-mi's office building has died in an unusual way. The police find out from an old newspaper that there was a murder at Tokunaga's house, and that the boy who disappeared in the previous murder was 5 years old at the time of the disappearance, and if he were alive now, he would be 11 years old, not 5.6 years old as Rikka saw.

Rikka's boss, Hirohashi, is found dead under a bathroom pipe. The two detectives find Enoyama, who was in charge of the murder of Zao's son and has since resigned, and call him to the police station to learn about the case, during which the two men go out temporarily, and one of them turns on the VCR, which turns out to be an automated black-and-white video recording of the disappearance of a security guard in a building: it is the same scene that Inmei saw again, but then another scene emerges that makes the five-foot man's spirit fly away. After the security guard is introduced by the black smoke from the restroom, a black female ghostly figure appears and gradually walks towards the screen, the whole screen is covered by a horrible black color, and suddenly a pair of familiar eyes appear in the darkness, full of resentment.
