How to brew white wine with fruit?

Liquor brewed from fruit needs to be washed, soaked in light salt water for half an hour, then rinsed once with clear water, drained, put into a sterilized wide-mouth glass container, filled to 2/3 of the bottle with appropriate amount of crystal sugar and liquor, then screwed on the bottle cap and fermented in a cool environment.
