1. Jiaxiu Building, a famous ancient pavilion.

Jiaxiulou is a famous ancient pavilion, which stands on Wan 'ao Fan Shi of Nanming River in Guiyang (this stone looks like the legendary giant Ao). 6. The Legend of Jiaxiulou

According to legend, there was a champion in Guiyang during the Ming Dynasty. In order to please him, the government is willing to spend huge sums of money to build a library as a place for him to study and entertain. Therefore, the magistrate invited three Feng Shui gentlemen. After inspecting the whole city, they think Nanming Bridge is a treasure trove of geomantic omen. When you come back, report to the magistrate that you want to build a library on Nanming Bridge and name it "Jiaxiulou". After the location was determined, the magistrate invited one of the most famous masons and two carpenters in the local area, took them to Nanming Bridge, and ordered the construction to be started at the right time. After the magistrate left, the stonemason made a pot of wine and invited the carpenter home. After three glasses of wine, the stonemason sighed and said to the carpenter. "Brother, magistrate adults ordered to build, which dare to disobey. Only on the Nanming River, there is only one bridge running through the north and south at present. If the library is built on the bridge, the bridge will become the champion's site, and the main roads will become forbidden areas! Who dares to cross the bridge in the future? Those who have money can ferry by boat, and those who have no money can only sigh at Wangjiang. Especially those who sell vegetables in the city and push carts to carry the burden are even more inconvenient. The carpenter said, "Big Brother is right. This Nanming Bridge is really a traffic artery. ":It's just that the magistrate's adult has drawn a circle. How dare you and my brother not follow? " The stonemason said, "Never mind the sheriff. We must think of the people, otherwise, you and I will be blamed for generations. " Said the carpenter; "Listen to big brother, this library won't be repaired, will it?" The stonemason said, "Of course. Just change places. " The carpenter asked, "Where should I change?" The stonemason said, "It's a good place to go 120 steps downstream." The carpenter thought it was a good idea and decided to do it. That night, Guiyang was overcast with heavy rain. These two skillful craftsmen called their brothers and sisters, disciples and grandchildren to Nanming River, stopped the river overnight to build a bridge and cut firewood for Gai Lou. Residents near and far are already worried that the magistrate will build a library on Nanming Bridge and cut off the passage across the river in the future. Now I heard that two craftsmen chose another place, Gai Lou, and they braved the wind and rain to help. That night, I don't know how many men, women and children moved stones and picked up soil on the riverbank, only to hear voices boiling and earth-shattering. By the time the east turned white and the heavy rain stopped, a pavilion with exquisite flying carved beams and painted columns had stood on the Aoji stone of Nanming River New Bridge with rippling blue waves. When the three glittering characters "Jiaxiulou" appeared on the pavilion, the magistrate rushed to Nanming River. He was very angry when he saw that the library was not built on Nanming Bridge, and immediately ordered two craftsmen to talk back and forth. Officials looked everywhere, but they couldn't find masons and carpenters. The magistrate had no choice but to give the library on the new Nine Eyes Bridge to the champion. Later, people learned that the two craftsmen left home with their wives and children for fear of being investigated by the government. So until today, people still don't know the surnames and first names of the two craftsmen who built Jiaxiu Building. Note: ① Jiaxiulou, located in the south of Guiyang, is on the aoji stone of Nanming River. It was first built in the Ming Dynasty, and was rebuilt and rebuilt many times later. The building is connected with Fuyu Bridge, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a major scenic spot in Guiyang. (2) Guiyang produced a champion of Zhao in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty.
