Places of interest in huangpi district

There are many historical sites and rich cultural relics in huangpi district, including Huizhou School, Eastern Hubei School, Western Hubei School, Northern Jiangxi School and wuyue School. It is one of the top ten counties in Hubei Province.

Announced as 28 cultural relics protection units at or above the municipal level. Among them, national level 1 (panlongcheng site), provincial level 13 and municipal level 14. Lutaishan Ancient Tombs (2): Located in the southwest of Lutaishan in Qianchuan Street, discovered at 1978. There are 35 tombs of Western Zhou Dynasty, Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period. Among them, there are 5 Western Zhou tombs and 30 Spring and Autumn and Warring States tombs. In these tombs, * * * unearthed 160 pieces of bronze, jade and pottery, of which bronzes accounted for about half. Bronzes are rigorous in shape and complex in pattern. 1983 has been designated as a provincial cultural relics protection unit.

Shuangfeng Pavilion (3-73) is a provincial key cultural relics protection unit, which was founded in the Northern Song Dynasty. Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi are called Master Cheng. Grandfather was appointed magistrate of Huangpi County, and twenty percent of them were born when his father was appointed magistrate of Huangpi County. There is Caomiao Lane (now Qianchuan Street Wen Xue Lane) in the west of Huangpi City, which is the former residence of Cheng Er. It was renamed Shuangfeng Pavilion in the Southern Song Dynasty, meaning that Mrs. Hou dreamed of Shuangfeng and gave birth to a second life. All the existing buildings were built at that time. There is a stone tablet in the pavilion, which is engraved with the sunrise picture of Shuangfeng. The golden tablet of "Shuangfeng Pavilion" was inscribed by Guo Moruo when it was rebuilt in 1962. The Shuangfengting Park was rebuilt, and the Ercheng Academy, Lingchi, Li Qulin, Liuya Lake and Erlongtan Park were restored.

Zuojingcheng Site (3- 16 1) belongs to the site of the ancient city of Han Dynasty, located in Zuojingcheng Village, Li Jiaji Street, huangpi district. The site is in an irregular "Asian" shape, about 200 meters long from east to west, about 140 meters wide from north to south, and the residual height is 2-6 meters. The top width of rammed city wall is about12m, and the base width is about 30m. There are ruins of city gates in the north, east and south, and ruins of moats outside the city. It is a provincial key cultural relics protection unit.

Longwangjian Site (5-2) Longwangjian Stone Village is a stone village in Ming Dynasty, also known as Longwangzhai, with a perimeter of 12.5km and a paddock of1.5km. Longwangjian is located in Pearl Ridge, Li Jiaji Street, huangpi district. The average height of the stockade wall is 3.5 meters. The whole stockade has four stockade gates, and the stone stockade is built according to the Nine Songs and Eight Diagrams Array. The spectacular gables are basically complete and are called the Great Wall of Wuhan.

Jigongcheng Site (6-2) is located 50 meters southeast of Jigongcheng Bay in Gan Tang, Liuzhi Street, belonging to Shang and Zhou Dynasties, with an area of about 35,000 square meters and a cultural layer of about 2 meters.

The former site of Yaojiashan (6- 132) Dading Mountain is located in the northwest of Caijiawan, Caidian Street in the north of huangpi district. The main peak is 464.5 meters high with a total area of about 8 square kilometers. This mountain shows Yun Biao and has unique scenery. Legend has it that immortals live in seclusion.

Fumashan is located in Luohansi Street, huangpi district, Wuhan. It was found that there were several kilometers of stone walls with rows of barracks inside. This is a military camp during the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom.

Tiezhai is an ancient village site in Ming and Qing Dynasties, which straddles the border between huangpi district and Dawu County. There is no charge for the undeveloped part of Huangpi.

Xifeng House, built in Qing Dynasty, is located in Caidian Street, with steep and primitive mountains and beautiful scenery.

Mazhaicheng site was built in the Warring States period and abandoned in the Three Kingdoms period. Located in Wang Jiahe Street, huangpi district. The overall layout is exquisite and reasonable, and there are wells, ponds and beacon towers in the city.

The former site of Qianchuan Middle School is located in Kangmin Building, huangpi district Experimental Middle School.

Confucian Temple, located in Qianchuan Street, is the site of ancient Gong Xue.

Huangpi district also has sites at or above the municipal level, such as Dazhao Village Site, Chengmengtan Site, Huangpi Huazhai Site, Chengjiadun Site, Wuhan Balifan Site, Huangpi Yushan Site, Sangujing Site, Moyuancheng Site, Tiemenkan Site and Shendungang Site. Dayu Bay in Mulan Township and Niwang Village in Li Ji Street were included in the first batch of traditional villages in China. The quiet and agile rural scenery in the north of Huangpi, the simple and mellow rural cultural atmosphere, and the "slow life and time" atmosphere are strong. Such as Fenglou Village, Gaoding Village, Qiaotoubian Village, Dujiawan, Gaojiawan, Li Chong Village, Yanzigang, Hujiaji, Caidian Yolanda and Huangpi Zengji.

More than 20 kilometers away from Huanghua Old Town, a Millennium ancient town in Panlongcheng, Huanghua Old Wetland Group has been formed, which is a key protection project of WWF. There are Beihu Six Fingers Space Lotus, Xia Lian, Houhu Water Town of Panlong City, Panlong Lake and so on.

Luojia, located in Wang Jiahe Street, northeast of huangpi district, Wuhan, is a provincial-level standard historical and cultural village. In the village, criss-crossing stone alleys connect twenty or thirty courtyards, large and small.

Located between Chenjiafan in Wang Jiahe Street, Shengtian Farm and Honggang Mountain, Huangpi Gate Chen is a typical residential building in northern Jiangxi.

Four Bridges in Wanli Period of Ming Dynasty: Zhangdu Bridge and Ertai Bridge in Changxuanling, Qingshiqiao Bridge in Mulan Township and Longdun Bridge in Wang Jiahe.

Taohua Temple is located in Zhanjiazhai, taoyuan village, Caijiazha Street, Huangpi. The famous Lady Taohua (also known as Lady Xi) was buried in Taohua Temple in Huangpi. Shang Liu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote on the title of "Lady Huangpi Temple": In March, the east wind flooded Huangpi, and no one saw the peach blossoms.

Banhe Bridge, located in Luohansi Street, is an ancient bridge in the Ming Dynasty.

Huangpi Ancestral Temple is located in Caijiazha Street.
