However, I believe that there is such a simple standard to evaluate "what is justice", but this standard of evaluation of justice is different for each person, and is also different in each era. Legal positivism completely excludes the law subject to moral constraints and evaluation, it is a very rigorous logical derivation of the law, which is typical of the 19th century conceptual school of law, which is a product of the industrial revolution in the 19th century, and the development of self-confessed science of that era is closely related to the desire for a formula, theorems, like the model to deduce the law to explain the emergence of the law, and hope that the concept of jurisprudence to achieve a success similar to the technological innovations of the Industrial Revolution. However, they assumed an ideal state in which the law was not secret and would be judged by society at large, while failing to take into account the instability and lagging nature of the law. People's adherence to the law stems from the recognition and acceptance of the law by the majority of them, and from the real benefits of adherence to the law.
