What are the reasons why LCD splicing screen is not bright?

1. Sometimes this kind of problem appears on LCD splicing screen, which may be that the power supply can't be turned on: without power supply, the machine won't work, the normal work indicator light is green, and the red light goes out. Just check whether the power cord is connected properly.

2. If it is not a power problem, check that the screen cable is not connected properly: at this time, turn on the power to display a white screen. This may be caused by missing plug, reverse plug, wrong plug, bent pin and few pins, or the logic board of the screen is broken, so be sure to determine the specifications of the screen wire when installing.

3, the high-voltage line is not connected: if the fan moves but the screen is black. In this way, it is necessary to check from the power supply of the junction box to the screen to ensure that the wire sequence of each high-voltage wire is not wrong, the two ends are not inserted backwards, there is no dislocation, and there are no bent needles and fewer needles at the joints of the two ends, and the contact is good.

4. Insufficient voltage: Check whether the short-circuit caps at JP 1 and JP2 on the splicing board are sleeved on 12V, and whether the wiring from the power supply to the 24V output is correct.

5, short circuit: If you encounter this problem, it should be more serious. The splicing box has been repeatedly tested from the test board to the finished product delivery. This phenomenon is rarely easily overlooked. Connecting the power supply without inspection may burn the screen or the splicing box. There may be a black screen and a white screen. So everyone should check carefully after installation. Before electrifying, use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage part of the screen line and the high-voltage line is short-circuited to the ground, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles, economic losses and waste of personnel.
