Manufacturing technology of straw hat weaving

Straw hat weaving is a very interesting hand-made, and the following is the general production process:

Preparation materials: straw rope, bamboo or other soft rope, scissors, needle and thread.

Measure the size of the head, and then weave the hat bottom with straw rope. Fold the straw rope into two equal lengths, and then start knitting from the middle of the straw rope.

After weaving to a certain length, the size of the bottom of the hat is gradually tightened to make it the desired size.

Continue to knit upwards and fix the hat on a bracket with straw rope, which can better shape the hat.

When knitting to the top, tie the top of the hat with a string, and then cut off the excess rope.

Weave an edge around the bottom of the hat with bamboo or other soft rope. This edge can be straight or wavy.

Sew the edge tightly with needle and thread, and fasten the rope on the edge.

Finally, put the hat in the sun to dry.

It takes patience and care to make straw hats, but straw hats are very beautiful and can be used to decorate rooms or use in outdoor activities.
