1, Tibetan New Year, which is the most solemn festival for Tibetan compatriots in a year. From the middle of Tibetan calendar1February, every household will fry Kasai, a kind of fried pasta, and prepare a cart and horse box. Then frying Kasai and decorating Chema are sacrifices.
2. Karin Festival, Karin in Tibetan refers to a place with lush green grass and shady trees. Whenever summer comes, people who have spent a long winter on the sunny plateau with flowers in full bloom will come to Karin in the suburbs to enjoy nature. Karin Festival has no fixed date, and usually focuses on the first day to the fifteenth day of May in the Tibetan calendar.
3, Guo Wang Festival, Wang Cang means fields, fruits turn around. The fruit festival means going around the fields to express prayers and desires for a bumper harvest. It is very popular in the agricultural areas of Tibet, especially in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the rural areas on both sides of the Lhasa River.
