The difference between traditional course selection and new college entrance examination course selection.

1. The Ministry of Education and the provinces have successively announced the reform plan for the college entrance examination. The new college entrance examination reform plan has 3+3 examination subjects, namely, mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages plus three subjects selected by candidates.

2. The traditional college entrance examination subject is 3+X, X is a fixed comprehensive examination subject of arts and sciences, and candidates of arts and sciences take different comprehensive subjects. The new college entrance examination reform plan requires candidates to choose three subjects to take the college entrance examination according to the requirements of the school or major.
