Personal experience in cooking a complete list of food ingredients
I first experienced cooking in the sixth grade.
That night, I learned that my parents would not come back for dinner. Originally, they asked me to go to my grandmother's house for dinner, but later I didn't go and decided to cook at home. When cooking for the first time, you must do it well. So, I looked to see if there were any leftovers in the refrigerator to keep warm, but I didn't see them. Then, I saw that there was wrapped wonton soup in the freezer, so I decided to try to make it.
I walked into the kitchen excitedly, thinking that I could practice my cooking today! Hey hey. First, I put a proper amount of water in the pot, then lit the fire to boil, and then adjusted the seasoning. Now I'm at a loss. I don't know what to put. I recall that my mother used to cook noodles and copy hands as seasoning. So, according to my own memory and imagination, I put salt, soy sauce, chicken essence and other spices into the bowl one by one. In this way, after hastily mixing the ingredients, wonton soup was put into the boiling pot. After waiting for a few minutes, a dozen hot wonton soups surfaced. I spoon them into my bowl and stir them with chopsticks to make them taste even. Looking at my first cooked copy, my heart is full of joy. I can't wait to put one in my mouth. I thought it was delicious, but the taste turned sour, not only sour but also salty! At first, I was confident that my chef's wonton must be as good as that in the restaurant outside, but it's not so approachable. Hey, I really admire myself!
Although cooking for the first time was not very successful, it was my first time to do it myself, and I still got something. From this matter, I think we should pay more attention to and observe some ordinary things, grasp the link and grasp the essentials in the usual observation and attention, so as not to panic; I also realize that small things should not be underestimated. We should take them seriously and do them seriously in order to do them well, gain knowledge from them and practice our skills! Well, maybe I exaggerated.
