What is Tian Guan Zhi Fu

Tian Guan Zhi Fu is an important concept in traditional Chinese culture, originating from Taoist beliefs and folk customs. The term "Tian Guan Chi Fu" usually refers to the descent of Tian Guan Da Di (天官大帝) to the earth on the Shang Yuan Festival (上元节), which falls on the fifteenth day of the first month of the Chinese lunar calendar, to bestow blessings and good fortune on people.
