1, Qu Yuan. Qu Yuan, a poet of Chu (now Hubei) in the Warring States Period, threw himself into the river that day.

Therefore, the village where he lived was renamed Cao 'ejiang Town, and the river where he mourned his father was Cao 'ejiang, and a temple was built to comfort his filial piety.
