What is the correct posture of "fist wrestling ceremony" in China Wushu etiquette?
Extended data
Boxing ceremony, similar to "bow" and "bow", is a meeting ceremony in the traditional etiquette of the Han nationality (more common in martial arts practitioners). It originated before the Zhou Dynasty and has a history of more than 3,000 years. This is a traditional etiquette unique to the Han nationality.
Holding the right hand with the left hand is called "Bai Ji". On the contrary, it is disrespectful of the other person's "fierce worship". In addition, the boxing ceremony in Wushu is refined, standardized and unified from the "bow ceremony" and boxing ceremony (four-finger ceremony) of Shaolin boxing, and has been given new meanings, which is a representative ceremony adopted at home and abroad.
In ancient times, martial arts practitioners had two kinds of boxing rituals. One is right palm and left fist, and the other is left palm and right fist. Chapter 3 1 of Tao Te Ching says: the residence of a gentleman is expensive on the left, and the use of soldiers is expensive on the right. On the left is the most important thing of auspicious events, and on the right is the most important thing of tragic events. So the words right fist and left fist contain the meaning of life and death, but right fist and left fist are only used for discussion.
