LFP moisture standard
EC: Dimethyl carbonate = 3: 7. The main additives used are VC, FEC, LiPO2F2(LFO) and DTD. There are several ways to add additives: 2%VC(2VC), 2%FEC(2FEC), 1%LFO( 1LFO) and 2.
The battery used in the experiment is 402035 battery, the positive electrode is LFP and the negative electrode is artificial graphite. The following figure shows the moisture content of LFP covered electrode after drying at different temperatures, where 25℃ corresponds to undried covered electrode. We can notice that the moisture content of the undried electrode is very high, reaching about 1000ppm.
High temperature drying can significantly reduce the moisture content of LFP covered electrode. After drying at 65438 000℃ for 65438 04 hours, the water content of covered electrode decreased to 500ppm. If the drying temperature is further increased to 120℃ and 140℃, the moisture content in LFP covered electrode can be reduced to 100ppm, but it is actually 65438+.
