Can gb2749 be used as the executive standard for salted eggs

GB 2749-2015 National Standard for Food Safety Eggs and Egg Products

According to the definition in this standard, salted egg belongs to the remade egg. For reproduced eggs, the standard is defined as follows:

"Egg products made from fresh eggs as raw materials, with or without the addition of auxiliary materials, processed by different processes such as salt, alkali, bad, brine, such as leather eggs, salted eggs, salted egg yolks, bad eggs, brined eggs, etc."

This shows that salted eggs are applicable to this standard.
