In order to meet the needs of the production development of our factory, further strengthen the management of equipment spot check, do a good job in equipment maintenance and overhaul, constantly improve the reliability of equipment, keep it in good condition, and ensure "safe, stable, long, full and excellent" production, this regulation is specially formulated in combination with the actual situation of equipment spot check in our factory.

XX Company XX Project Department arranges special personnel to inspect the pliers, electricity and instruments every day, and strictly implements the system of four inspections a day. The inspection time is 8:00 am, 2:00 pm, 5: 00 pm and 12: 00 pm respectively. With the increase of maintenance time and the deepening of maintenance depth, the files of pliers, electricity and instruments have been basically sound. A, equipment routine inspection standards should adhere to the principle of unity of science and practicality, and must meet the following basic requirements:

Third, check the classification content

1. Daily routine inspection refers to the equipment inspection whose execution cycle is within 24 hours (including 24 hours);

3. Regular inspection refers to the inspection when the execution cycle exceeds 24 hours and the equipment is shut down or off-line.

2. Strictly implement the system of succession, patrol inspection and equipment maintenance.

3. According to the requirements of the Management Regulations on Condition Monitoring, regularly record the condition monitoring of key equipment, and organize professionals to analyze the causes on the spot in time when faults are found, and handle them in time to ensure safe operation.

Seven, equipment maintenance personnel responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and spot checks on equipment in strict accordance with the equipment integrity standards.

2. During the inspection, carefully check the running status and parameters of the equipment, and make records. The processed equipment problems should be reflected in the inspection records.

3. When the equipment runs abnormally, report to the technical personnel or supervisor in time and record the situation.

4. Clean the equipment in time and keep it in good condition, such as the window and oil mark can't be seen clearly, and the bedplate accumulates oil, etc.

5. Carry necessary tools to deal with simple equipment failures and defects.

6. During the inspection, the work within the scope of responsibility shall be handled in time, and a safety operation ticket shall be issued. In case of emergency, report to production operators in time.

7. Air cooling fan shall be inspected once a week, and inspection account and records shall be established.

8. Laminated couplings shall be inspected once a month, and inspection accounts and records shall be established.

9. For the equipment that has just been overhauled, if no problems are found in the inspection, it is necessary to sign the operation ticket for confirmation within 2 days.

10. Strictly abide by safety rules and regulations, and wear complete labor protection during inspection.

18. Pay attention to the oil level, oil quality, running sound and valve opening when checking the running and standby piston pump.

19. Check and confirm the newly overhauled equipment within 1 ~ 2 days after operation, and sign the standardized operation sheet if there is no problem (the signatory is the person in charge of equipment maintenance).

Eight, inspection quality assurance measures

1. The equipment operates normally, with good efficiency, complete structure, neat main body and complete accessories.

2. The transformer is operating normally, with normal oil immersion and oil level and good insulation. Voltmeter, ammeter, thermometer and other main instruments are complete and in good condition, and the instructions are correct.

3. Seriously implement the "three votes" system to prevent misoperation accidents.

4. Do a good job in civilized construction and control the quality of maintenance and construction.

5. Establish and improve all kinds of equipment files and accounts, make all kinds of records, and provide the most perfect information for the safe operation of each equipment.
