In addition, there are also very aesthetic tricks, such as rushing and kicking after turning around, and even fierce tricks of flying and kicking, with both feet attacking the enemy's chest and abdomen. The function of kicking is to weaken the enemy's strength, stop it from advancing and open the way for attacking the enemy. There are also various application parts: toe beak, foot stepping, foot pushing, front foot kicking and heel bouncing.

Put Lolerk, a master of Muay Thai in southern Thailand, is a representative of Muay Thai skills in 1970s. Its kicking method is particularly clever, and it can still be used when the back is turned to the enemy, which is often difficult to deal with.

Martha was a heavyweight boxer in the 1980s, and was famous for her fierce kicking. He once kicked a famous hand skillfully and quickly until his bladder bled and he was seriously injured. The basic essentials of kicking: keep your feet alive, keep your body steady and put your hands down. When sending legs, start from the center of gravity and foot support, push the body forward, and lift the knees and feet at the same time. Strength comes from your hips. When the left leg kicks, the body leans slightly to the right, the sole of the foot touches the ground, and the right leg is the opposite.

Practice methods, be sure to jump rope and step more to enhance leg elasticity. Practice empty legs often until you can send and receive freely, accurately and forcefully.

At the beginning, practice the striker's feet first, look up with "Ma bu" or horse stance just look, and lift the pedal to the ground, subject to the waist height level.
