Banana Qifeng cake is super rich and delicious.

Banana Qifeng cake

Materials:

Banana puree 80g, corn oil 30g, milk 32g+ condensed milk 5g, 3 eggs, sugar 40g and low-gluten flour 50g.

Steps:

1, bananas are mashed with one end of a rolling pin.

2. Separate the egg white from the yolk and put the egg white in the refrigerator for a while.

3. Stir banana puree, milk, condensed milk and corn oil with a manual eggbeater until fully emulsified, then add the sieved low flour, stir evenly, then add the egg yolk, and stir evenly with a serrated eggbeater.

4. Preheat the oven and start beating the egg whites. Add sugar to the egg white in three times and beat it into small upright tips.

5. Mix 1/3 egg white and yolk paste, and then mix with the remaining egg white evenly.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 145 for 50 minutes.
