China Post will issue a set of 4 special stamps on April 27th, 20 12. The first set of "Yangzhou Paper-cut Limited Edition" led by Zhang Xiufang, a paper-cut master and a national intangible cultural heritage inheritor, was also released. A set of four paper-cut "Fulu Xi Shou" special stamps is designed in a flower shape to celebrate the tradition. In order to cooperate with the issuance of this set of stamps, Yangzhou Post Office and China Paper-cut Museum specially produced the "Fulu Xi Shou" stamp album for simultaneous issuance. Among them, Yangzhou Paper-cut Limited Edition directed by Zhang Xiufang was also released. This is also the first set of "limited paper-cut films" issued in China.

Wang Jing, curator of China Paper-cut Museum, introduced that Zhang Xiufang's Fu Lu Xi Shou skillfully embedded auspicious patterns such as bats, sika deer, cranes and magpies, making his works more vivid and realistic. Yangzhou Paper-cut Limited Edition, which will be released together with the stamp album Fulu Xi Shou, will be issued by serial numbers, each with the autograph of Zhang Xiufang, the master of paper-cutting, and the serial numbers from 1 to 2000 will be collected by China Paper-cut Museum.
