How to connect the mobile phone with the computer?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, take Huawei Mate 40 mobile phone as an example:

First, connect the mobile phone and computer through USB data cable.

After the driver on the computer is automatically installed, click on this pc and a drive letter named after the mobile phone will appear.

2. Slide the notification panel down from the (mobile phone) status bar (you can continue to slide down), click click to view more options, and select the appropriate USB connection mode:

1. Select the photos to transfer, and then open the drive letter named after the mobile phone on the computer. You can view the pictures in your mobile phone and copy them to your computer, or you can copy the pictures from your computer to your mobile phone.

2. Select the transfer file, and then open the drive letter named after the mobile phone on the computer to view and copy the audio, video and files in the mobile phone to the computer. You can also copy computer files to your mobile phone.

Tip: Please install Windows Media Player11or above on your computer before use. After the connection is successful, you can also use Windows Media Player to view the media files on your phone.

3. If you choose MIDI, you can use your mobile phone as a MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) input device to play music on your computer.
