Seasoning: onion 10g, white soup 250g, monosodium glutamate 15g, wet starch 25g, Shaoxing wine 35g, cooked lard 35g, soy sauce 30g, sugar 10g.
Steps:
1. Soak the chicken in boiling water for 2 minutes, take it out, cool it and cut it into small pieces 5 cm long and 2 cm wide;
2.
