What are the common DNA and RNA viruses in high school?

There are few DNA viruses, which are basically RNA viruses. Some phages, smallpox virus, cauliflower mosaic virus and so on are DNA viruses.

RNA viruses include: AIDS virus, tobacco mosaic virus, SARS virus, MERS virus, Ebola virus, Spanish influenza virus, influenza A virus H 1N 1, avian influenza virus, phage (partly DNA virus) and so on.

Some viruses are described as follows:

1, smallpox virus

Smallpox is a serious infectious disease caused by smallpox virus, and it is also the only infectious disease in the world that has been eliminated by human beings so far. The average incubation period after smallpox virus infection is about 12 days (7- 17 days).

2. Cauliflower mosaic virus

Cauliflower mosaic virus is a plant double-stranded DNA virus with important economic value and biological significance. It has seven open reading frames, six of which can encode a protein product.

3. Tobacco mosaic virus?

Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is an RNA virus and the pathogen of tobacco mosaic disease, belonging to the tobacco mosaic virus group. Tobacco mosaic and tomato mosaic have long been known. Mosaic symptoms appear on the leaves, the growth state is not good, and the leaves often deform.

4.SARS virus

SARS virus is a variant of coronavirus, and it is the pathogen that causes atypical pneumonia. Variant coronavirus is related to influenza virus, but it is a very unique coronavirus, which is the chief culprit of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) that ravaged the world from winter of 2002 to spring of 2003.

5. Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Virus
