2. Bai March Street is also called Guanyin City. This is a grand festival for the Bai people. It is held from March 15 to 20 every year at the foot of Diancang Mountain in western Dali. The original March Street was full of religious activities, and now it has evolved into a grand material exchange meeting.
3. The Bai Torch Festival is held on June 25th in the summer calendar every year. Compared with the Yi Torch Festival, the time of the Bai Torch Festival is highly consistent among the three major ethnic groups. On the day of the festival, men, women and children will gather together to worship their ancestors, and wish crops a bumper harvest and six livestock prosperity through activities such as worshipping torches, lighting torches and playing with torches.
