Jiaxing quality supervision bureau can review. According to Article 21 of Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel, the operation certificate of special operations is reviewed every 3 years 1 time. Special operators who have been engaged in this type of work continuously for more than 10 years within the validity period of the special operation certificate, and strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations on production safety, may extend the review time of the special operation certificate to every 6 years 1 time with the consent of the original assessment and certification authority or the assessment and certification authority of their unit.

Review conditions

1) 3 months before the expiration of the review period, the holder shall apply to the issuing department for review; 2) Men are under 60 years old and women are under 55 years old; 3) During the review period, the operation time of the licensed project shall not exceed 12 months; 4) There are records of safety and energy-saving education and training; 5) No record of illegal operation or management, no accident; 6) Meet the specific conditions specified in the evaluation outline formulated by AQSIQ.
