What does offset printing mean?

The principle of screen printing (also known as missing printing) is to make the designed CD manuscript on the screen, so that some places on the screen can leak ink and some places can't, so that the combination is a specific pattern. This principle is a bit like the working principle of mimeograph.

Offset printing, like color printing of paper, is a four-color overprint. In other words, all the patterns are composed of four colors (blue C, magenta M, yellow Y and black K). Moreover, offset printing is also different from screen printing. Screen printing is to leak ink to the CD, while surface offset printing is to transfer ink to the CD through a circular rubber cylinder.

Compared with these two devices, offset printing is more expensive than screen printing. As far as the type and quality of printing are concerned, there are relatively few types of screen printing. For some large color blocks, screen printing is better, and for some transitional color patterns, offset printing is better. For example, if a person's head is printed on a CD, if it is monochrome, it can be printed by screen printing, so it is represented by the density of points just like a black-and-white photo.
